The innovative folding mechanism extends the lying area in the back by 37 centimetres in just a few steps. The extension can be easily unlocked inside the vehicle with a lever. Within seconds, xFlip unfolds to its full size and thus offers even more comfort at night on a total lying surface of 2.29 metres – especially for tall travellers. All it takes is two easy steps and the sleeping extension is folded away again.
The sleeping extension was developed and tested in Germany – the new mattress for the bed extension was also developed. xFlip will be installed as standard at the Erwin Hymer Group’s factory in San Casciano/Italy.
